We’re looking for software engineers who build with AI coding agents every day. You’ll use tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and GitHub Copilot to plan, write, test and review production code across our desktop, cloud and mobile products.
Just as important, you’ll help the rest of the team adopt the practices that make AI-assisted development both fast and safe.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain features across our products, with AI coding agents as part of your daily workflow.
- Turn requirements into clear specifications, plans and acceptance criteria that agents and people can work from.
- Review AI-generated code rigorously for correctness, security, performance and maintainability.
- Write and maintain automated tests, so AI-assisted changes are verified before they ship.
- Set up and improve the context agents rely on: repository instructions, coding standards, reusable prompts, tools and MCP servers.
- Modernize and refactor existing code safely, with AI help and strong test coverage.
- Measure what works, and share practices, examples and guardrails with other engineers.
What you’ll bring
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong skills in at least one modern language, such as TypeScript, Python, C#, Java or Dart.
- Daily, hands-on experience shipping production code with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
- Solid fundamentals: data structures, SQL, APIs, Git, code review and automated testing.
- The judgment to recognize when AI output is wrong, and the discipline to verify it.
- Clear written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Experience with agentic workflows, such as multi-step agents, subagents and agents running in CI.
- Experience modernizing large or long-lived codebases.
- Experience with Flutter, AWS or Cloudflare Workers.
