Lead cross-platform Flutter apps for iOS, Android, tablets and the web, from architecture to App Store release.

We’re looking for senior Flutter developers to build and lead cross-platform apps for our business software: apps that staff use at the front desk and on the floor, and that customers and members use on their own phones.
You’ll own features from design to release on iOS, Android, tablets and the web.
What you’ll do
- Design, build and ship high-quality Flutter apps for iOS, Android, tablets and the web.
- Lead architecture decisions, including state management, navigation, offline behavior and code structure.
- Integrate apps with our REST APIs, authentication and payment flows.
- Build polished, accessible interfaces from Figma designs, on phones and tablets.
- Write unit, widget and integration tests, and keep the CI/CD pipelines for app builds healthy.
- Publish and maintain apps on the App Store and Google Play.
- Review code and mentor other developers.
- Profile and improve performance, startup time and battery use.
What you’ll bring
- At least 5 years of mobile development experience, including at least 3 years with Flutter and Dart in production.
- Apps you’ve shipped to the App Store and Google Play.
- Strong knowledge of state management (Riverpod, Bloc or Provider), asynchronous programming and REST APIs.
- Experience with platform channels, and with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) code when needed.
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD for mobile apps, using tools such as Codemagic, GitHub Actions or Fastlane.
- Clear written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Flutter for web or desktop.
- Experience with offline-first apps, local databases (such as SQLite, Drift or Isar) and sync.
- Experience with payments, card readers or Bluetooth devices.
- Daily use of AI coding tools.
