Verasoft®, the Verasoft logo, KORVUE®, QuickBill™, VerSaaS™ and Verafy™ are trademarks of Verasoft. The names and logos of Verasoft’s other software, solutions and services, and the related names, logos and slogans we use, are also trademarks of Verasoft. You may not use them without our permission, except as described below.

Referring to Verasoft and its products
- You may use our names in plain text to refer accurately to Verasoft and its software and services, for example in a news article, a review or a list of vendors.
- Please do not use our logos without our written permission, and do not alter our logos or our names.
- Do not use our trademarks in a way that suggests we sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with you or your products or services, or in a way that is misleading or disparaging.
- Do not use our trademarks, or anything confusingly similar, in your own company, product or domain names, social media accounts or advertising keywords.
